William Stokes is a serial entrepreneur and investor, founding several ventures over the last 10+ years, as well as investing in a few start ups and scale ups along the way.

 

Currently William is the CEO & Co-Founder of Co-Space, a flexible workspace operator focused creating design-led workspaces across the UK, and the Co-Founder of Co-REM, a property management business.

William has a background in engineering, primarily in oil and gas, before stepping away in late 2015 to help build the property development business EquaGroup. William served on the board form late 2016, before exiting in mid 2019.​
